After using
"Track Your Scorecard", if you notice that the status on INDIA
POST as "
Item delivered" at "Kharagpur Technology S.O", you may treat
this as
returned scorecard due to
insufficient address or mistake in the
address or mistake in the PIN Code. The same will be lying with the
GATE Office, IIT Khargpur. In such a case respective candidate has to
verify and confirm that the scorecard is lying with the GATE Office, IIT
Khragpur and do one of the following to claim the scorecard:
- Collect in person on any working day during 9:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m.
- Arrange for collection by a third party with a suitable authorisation duly signed.
- Send a written request duly signed providing with new address to
which the scorecard has to be sent. Don't forget to attach a copy of valid address
proof.
